Live music,  open bar (blended drinks such as Lava Flows, etc), buffet style dinner (they have currently upgraded to dinner cruise from cocktail cruise per Andrea with Pride), menu includes bbq ribs in guava sauce, marinated chicken breast in Asain-Pacific marinade, pena pasta in a garlic white wine sauce, roasted veggies in garlic and olive oil, artichoke dip with fresh garlic and parmesian served with baked baguettes, fresh fruit plates and tropical cakes and fruit tartlets for dessert.  Must bring photo I.D. to consume alcohol.
