Old Lahaina Luau
The Old Lahaina Luau is Maui's premier traditional Hawaiian style Luau. Fully immerse yourself in the Hawaiian culture with Hawaiian music, language, dance and chant. Hawaiian Lüau. An evening of traditional Hawaiian cuisine, music,
cultural dances and demonstrations. Guests will appreciate a genuine
reflection of Hawaii’s rich history while enjoying an ocean view and sunset. A bountiful buffet of regional cuisine made fresh with locally grown products with enough variety to satisfy everyone’s palate.
Premium open bar included throughout the evening to include Maui made products as Maui Brewing Co’s Big Swell IPA and Bikini blonde lagers as beer offerings. An award winning presentation of traditional Hawaiian music and hula which culminate the evening. Old Lahaina Luau has their own farm “Hoaloha Farms” which currently features a kalo (taro) farm that provides the taro and luau (taro leaves) to make their own poi, taro salad and the luau for the lau lau. Guests may choose from traditional Hawaiian mat seating, or regular conventional tables and chairs. Please confirm your seating style at the time of reservation, as it is difficult to change after all guests have arrived. Please let them know of any special considerations such as infants, wheelchair, etc. Infants age 2 & under are no charge as long as they are able to sit in someone’s lap throughout the evening. Gratuity not included.
Traditional Hawaiian cuisine includes: Kalua Roast Pork, Laulau (Pork wrapped in Luau leaf steamed to perfection), Poi, Ahi Poke (marinated raw Ahi tuna), Big Island Sweet Potato, Grilled Tenderloin Steak, Chicken Long Rice, Island Style Chicken, Maui Style Mahi-Mahi Chef’s special preparation. Stir Fry Vegetables, Local Style Fried Rice, Island Crab Salad, Taro Leaf Salad with Coconut Sauce, Pohole Salad (fern shoots), Lomi Lomi Salmon (salmon mixed with tomatoes and onions), Banana Bread, Fresh Island Fruit, Assorted Island Desserts, Freshly baked taro rolls, Haupia.
