Daily from 5:00 pm till 8:00 pm with a 4:30 pm check in.  Located at the Hyatt Regency Resort in Ka’anapali.

Auntie Snorkel and most every concierge on the island consider the Drums of the Pacific to be one of the best luaus on Maui.  They Hyatt Resort is beautiful.  The luau grounds reach right up to world famous Ka’anapali Beach.  From your seat you have ocean and sunset views.  You will be treated to a spectacular Polynesian review including hula, warrior society dancing, fire knife dancing and conch shell blowing.  Make sure you have a light lunch on the day you attend the luau as the feast is all you can eat and delicious.  We particularly like that they include ahi poki sashimi.  If you’ve never tried it you are in for a treat.  You may also want to arrange for a taxi as the bar is free and includes all the standard and tropical libations.  We love the pina coladas.  As you are enjoying the huge feast, don’t forget to save room for the lavish desert bar.   The Hyatt Luau also includes a torch lighting ceremony, imu (underground oven) pig raising ceremony, pareo fashion show, as well as Hawaiian games and demonstrations.
